We are looking for a detail-oriented Personal Banker to join our team.In this role, you will play a crucial part in providing exceptional customer service and financial advice to our clients, helping them manage their banking needs and achieve their financial goals. You will be the face of our organization, ensuring customer satisfaction through personalized service and product recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Listens to the clients’ risk-and-return objectives
  • Addresses concerns and answers inquiries
  • Recommends appropriate bank products and services
  • Assists in performing financial transactions

Requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role
  • Certification in banking is recommended
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong multitasking and time management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Knowledge of personal banking practices and regulations
